Overall Notes: - Cosmetic Condition: B+ (Very good vintage condition with light signs of use). - The watch is in excellent working condition, with all functions operating flawlessly. - All components are authentic Seiko, except the replaced strap and buckle. The original dial has been refinished.
Operating State: - The movement has been serviced (disassembly, cleaning, lubrication and regulation). - Keeping time precisely.
Condition Notes: - Case: shows light vintage wear with minor scratches and small marks on the case sides and lugs. The polished surfaces and sharp lug facets retain strong brightness and definition. The caseback shows light hairline scratching from normal use, while the engravings remain crisp and legible. - Dial: has been professionally refinished in a vivid red sunburst finish with a deeper crimson radial gradient toward the center. The refinish is clean and even, with the applied Seiko logo, script text and text at 6 o'clock fully legible. The applied baton markers show light age toning in places. No cracks or damage present. - Crystal: has light surface micro-scratching consistent with age, but remains clear with good dome profile. No cracks or deep gouges. The high-dome acrylic creates a beautiful magnifying effect over the dial.
