Shipping Methods & Coverage

We ship all packages via premium courier services including FedEx, DHL, or UPS. The specific carrier is selected based on your watch brand, order value, and delivery address to ensure optimal service. All shipments include full insurance coverage for your protection.

Standard Delivery Time: 7-9 business days (excluding customs clearance time)

Shipping Options & Costs

Express Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS/FedEx/DHL Express with tracking and insurance
  • Cost: $69 USD (FREE for addresses inside Vietnam)
  • Delivery Time: 9-10 business days
  • Coverage: Worldwide
  • Additional Notes: Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver

Economy Shipping (Eurozone Only)

  • Process: Your watch will first be shipped to our warehouse in Germany (2-3 weeks), then forwarded to your EU address via Deutsche Post DHL with tracking and insurance (1 week).
  • Cost: $39 USD
  • Total Delivery Time: 24-30 business days
  • Coverage: Eurozone countries only
  • Benefits: No additional taxes or duties required
  • Includes: Insurance and tracking

Additional Items: +$10 for each additional piece (applies to all shipping options)

Store Pickup (Vietnam)

  • Location: Available at our store in Hanoi, Vietnam
  • Process: Please arrange an appointment 24 hours before your visit
  • Benefits: 5% discount on total order
  • Additional Discount: Extra 5% discount for cash payment (10% total discount when combined)

Processing & Preparation

Ship-Out Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Quality Assurance: Before shipment, each watch undergoes thorough inspection to ensure proper functionality and condition. For your peace of mind, we provide a video demonstration showing the watch's operation and current condition.

Insurance: All packages are fully insured through our courier partners for the complete value of your purchase.

Customs & Duties

The buyer is responsible for all import customs duties, taxes, and related fees that may apply in their country. These charges are separate from our shipping costs and are collected by local customs authorities upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

Rejected or Returned Packages

If a delivery is rejected at the time of delivery or returned to us due to buyer-related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to provide required customs clearance information
  • Unavailability to receive delivery
  • Refusal of package upon arrival

The buyer will be responsible for:

  • All original shipping fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable customs duties
