Overall Notes:
- Cosmetic Condition: B+ (Gently worn with light signs of use and scratches).

Condition Notes:
- Case: in very good vintage condition, showing light signs of wear consistent with age. The case edges retain their original shape and definition. The caseback with the Constellation medallion is clean and well-preserved, with the iconic observatory and stars motif still clearly visible.
- Dial: shows some patina typical of its age but remains in good condition. The applied hour markers are intact, and the original texturing of the dial surface is still visible. The Omega logo, text, and Constellation signature are clear and legible.
- Crystal: is in good condition with no major scratches or damage visible, there are some very minor surface marks consistent with normal use. It retains good transparency and clarity.
